Privacy policy
Last updated 18 September 2026
This policy explains what Palworks FZE LLC ("PalWorks", "we") does with personal data. It covers this website, our Chrome extensions, and the work we do for clients.
The short version
- This website measures traffic with Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. No advertising, no data sold.
- Our Chrome extensions process data inside your browser. We do not sell data, ever.
- If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can answer you.
This website
palworks.ai is a static site with two measurement tools:
- Google Analytics 4 counts visits and tells us which pages and links people use. It sets cookies, records a truncated IP address and reports aggregate figures. We have not enabled Google Signals, advertising features or data sharing for advertising.
- Microsoft Clarity records anonymised session replays and heatmaps so we can see where a page confuses people. Clarity masks text input by default, so what you type into a field is not captured. Do not enter personal information into a page and expect it to be invisible: as with any session tool, treat the screen as observed.
Both tools run only on palworks.ai and www.palworks.ai. Neither is used for advertising, and we do not sell or share what they collect. You can block both with any tracker-blocking extension, with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or by sending a Do Not Track signal, which Clarity honours.
Two further third parties receive a request when you load a page: Google Fonts serves the typefaces and jsDelivr serves the 3D library. Both receive your IP address and browser details as part of any ordinary web request. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs for security and abuse prevention.
Our Chrome extensions
Each extension requests only the permissions it needs to do its job, and each one states those permissions on its Chrome Web Store listing. Our extensions are built to process data locally in your browser. Where an extension needs to send data to a service to work at all, its store listing and in-product text say so before you use the feature. We do not sell, rent or share extension data with data brokers, and we do not use it for advertising.
When you contact us
Email sent to [email protected] is stored in our mailbox and used to reply to you and to keep a record of the work. If you become a client, we keep the contract, invoices and project material for as long as law and accounting rules require.
Client work
When we build or operate a website or system for a client, we act on that client's instructions. Their privacy policy governs data collected through their site. Our access is limited to what operating the system requires, and it ends when the engagement ends.
How long measurement data is kept
Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Clarity retains recordings for 30 days. Server logs at Cloudflare follow their standard retention.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data protection rights, those rights apply on top of this policy.
Changes
If this policy changes we update this page and the date above. Material changes will be noted on the site itself.
