Refunds and cancellation

Free software
Our Chrome extensions and open source projects are free. There is nothing to refund. You can uninstall an extension at any time from Chrome's extensions page.
Project work
Engagements are quoted and invoiced in writing before work begins. Unless your agreement says otherwise:
- Either side may end an engagement with written notice.
- Work completed up to the end date is payable.
- Any advance covering work not yet done is returned within 14 days.
- Deliverables already paid for are handed over, including source code and access.
Hosting and maintenance
Where we operate a site for you on a monthly or annual arrangement, you may cancel at the end of the current period. We will help move the site and its domain to you or to another provider.
