Terms of service

Includes cookies and accessibility

Last updated 18 September 2026

These terms apply to this website and to the free software we publish. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.

Who we are

Palworks FZE LLC, a free zone company registered in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, trading as PalWorks.

Using this site

You may read, link to and quote this site. Please do not scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people, or present our work as yours. The text, images, code and design of this site belong to us, except the client logos, screenshots and brand names, which belong to their owners and appear here as a record of work done.

Our extensions and open source

Our Chrome extensions are free. They are distributed through the Chrome Web Store, and your use of them is also subject to Google's terms. Our open source repositories carry their own licences; the licence in each repository governs that code.

Engagements

Project work starts with a written scope, a price and a schedule. Nothing on this site is an offer or a quotation. Figures shown on this site describe past work and are not a promise of a particular result for you.

No warranty

This site and our free software are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise the site will be available without interruption or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, PalWorks is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our free software. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Ajman have jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement with us says otherwise.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses measurement cookies, and nothing else. No advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels, no data sold to anyone.

The measurement tools run only on palworks.ai and www.palworks.ai. On the preview domain and in local development they are switched off.

Turning them off

Any tracker-blocking extension blocks both. Google publishes an opt-out add-on for Analytics, and Clarity honours a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

If that changes

If we add another tool that sets cookies, we will list it here first, say what it is for and how long it lasts, and add a consent control where the law requires one.

Accessibility

We aim for this site to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. Accessibility is part of the build, not a retrofit.

What is in place
